Gaiagames

We are Gaiagames: a sustainable, low hierarchy and innovative games collective.

We have been developing sustainable and educational board games since 2015.
Our first game was Ecogon, an ecosystem-building and tile-laying game.

Later, we added the puzzle and brainteaser game Fish ‘n’ Flips and the buzzing bumblebee game Summsalabim.

Our games are produced as environmentally friendly as possible.

• We use FSC certified and recycled paper
• We use plant-based inks
• Even the electricity for the production comes from renewable energy sources

With our games we want to inspire and sensitize people for important topics (nature, environment, politics,…).

Our motto: Inspire instead of instruct.

We are open to new ideas and ways: For example, we have developed the sustainable postcard games, where the players simply use everyday materials as game pieces and markers.
In our latest game Ecogon – Still Waters, the punched sheets can even be upcycled to build an inlay.
