Sunny-Games

More and more people want to play with each other rather than against each other. Cooperative games make the power of collaboration tangible. There is a goal to be achieved through creative thinking and joint decisions. There are no opponents; the game itself becomes the challenge. The players try to win together, but they also lose together. Unlike traditional “competitive games,” these games promote cooperation, compromise, and altruism. Cooperative games are characterized by a constructive and open atmosphere during play.

Sunny Games was founded in 2004 to improve the availability of cooperative games in the Netherlands. Initially, games from the Canadian publisher Family Pastimes were imported and distributed in the Netherlands. Sunny Games has since become a European publisher and has already produced 19 cooperative games. Most are available in four languages (German/Spanish, French, English, and Dutch), and some are available with two additional languages (Polish & Turkish or Hungarian & Hebrew).

We envision a world where cooperation is more important than competition. Our games help us on the way there.

Nocturnally is an exciting and challenging new variation on the classic memory game. Players play together and try to form pairs by cleverly swapping cards. Various challenges and difficulty levels make the game even more fun.
